  K&B (Bill) built our new home and it was done with quality construction and care. While there were bumps along the road, Bill made sure things got resolved and came back to address any issues. Even after the home was finished, Bill and his crew came back and took care of things that needed to be addressed. This is an important aspect to a "Good builder" who stands behind their product. To come back and honor the warranty issues and make sure things are taken care of. Our home was just finished August of 2016 and it was a brand new construction from ground up. This was also my first "new construction" so I was a bit nervous and it was a lot to deal with for me and my wife. But Bill was good to work with and was able to make sure things kept moving.
  
  Now we are going to be working with Bill to finish our basement and I can't wait to see how that turns out.
  
  I would recommend K&B to others who is in search of a good builder who knows how to build homes.
