  Valet Staff are pretty useless. When I arrived and asked where to go to park, he didn't know. When I asked the group of valet sitting in the vestibule, who we should see about the coat check, one of my co-workers wanted to step out into the cold and needed his coat, they 'didn't know' but of the 3 of them wouldn't move a muscle to try and find out. The eggs although they came from a sterno, cold. Sausage, cold. The setup staff were setting up for another event behind a flimsy curtain in the back they were banging around and speaking loudly, I asked them twice to please keep it down, we couldn't hear the speeches being made only their clumsy disrespectful setup. Beautiful venue, the 2 stars i give are for the venue. Every staff experience, ZERO stars. Train your staff
